We have warmed up with some double under skill work followed by ‘mini Annie’:

30-20-10 double unders/sit ups

Strength part of the session was 7sets of 2reps of the overhead squat and weighted/negative pull ups.

WOD: 21 pull ups to buy in followed by

18-15-12-9-6-3

ring dips

box jumps

KB swings.

Results:
