A Jolly good thrashing

a delightful thrash of a workout at Crossfit London tonight, that took some over 30 minutes of gruelling work to complete

8 kettlebell swings

10 burpees

15 jumping lunges

20 double unders

rest 1 minute

x 8 ( yep eight rounds!!)

Special trooper awards go to Cindy and Kate for living through it: Best  lady double unders award was scooped by Rosie, and pack leader to Mac for the fastest Rx time. In the warm ups, Ben C got the “prettiest handstand”, while everyone accepted that  I’d finally let a glimmer of mobility into my session ( I’d blame Tom Henry!)

  1. If only fish oil contained paracetamol and ibuprofen…my glutes and hammies are on fire after this bar-steward. And I don’t think either of those drugs is paleo ;).

    Had a Smint yesterday and realised what a huge mistake I had made straight after.

  2. Tried this one today at the gym – managed 24:12 – it was, for lack of a better word, brutal!
