Dead Lift 30 reps @1.25x body weight

You should aim to complete the set unbroken but always be safe.


Coming towards the end of this period of “interval” wods have seen some great progress.

5 rounds 3 minute AMRAP of 5 L Sit Pull Up, 10 Burpees, 15 Toes To Bar 30 seconds rest.
