Warm up for tonight was actually First Crossfit Games Open workout. After a short conversation with the first class we have decided to get it out of way at the beginning so the class looked like this:
Crossfit Open WOD: as many burpees as possible in 7mins
Strength: Free of choice – back squat, deadlift, strict press
Skill: Handstand holds (trying to get away from the wall)
WOD: EMOM for 10mins of
5 toes to bar
10 air squats
5 push ups (Naim’s push up style was so great that I’ve decided to name the post after him).
