Warm up consisted of some sprints alternated with air squats, star jumps, high knees and high heels.
Skill focus for tonight was overhead quat alternated with ring dips.
WOD: 1/2 tabata intervals with 30s rest between station for transition of:
air squats
push ups
sit ups
box jumps and
pull ups/ring rows
