Skill: clean and jerk

Strength: overhead press 1 x 3 (90%) or overhead press 3-3-3 and weighted pull ups 5-3-1

Metcon: 6 min as many reps of clean and jerk (60/40kg)

  1. 25 reps – pretty slow, need to start working a bit harder seem to be taking the easy option the last few weeks and cruising through the wods

  2. Bad day at the office – still struggling with the overhead press (I think I’ve actually gotten weaker!) and only managed 19 reps in the WOD. Bah.
