Warm up: 10 wall walks

Strength: overhead press 3-3 (at 82.5% of target goal)

Skill: front squat depth and chest to bar pull ups

Metcon: 5 rounds of 8 front squats, 10 chest to bar pull ups and 200m row

    Got headache during pull-ups so took it easy – think it’s exercise related due to not breathing correctly as part of last nights deadlift wod – stopped more or less couple of minutes after the WOD.

    Less said about the strength component the better – needless to say my press needs some serious attention.

    Got through the metcon in 20.01. Still don’t feel 100% after break from training, but getting there.

    Also, ate some breakfast for first time before AM session – really struggled to get it down though. will be interesting to see if this change brings any near term improvements…
