Easter day class: Ring Rope and Bar

Crossfit London runs a weekly “Ring, rope and bar” class to help people develop  upper body skills

We took a slight side step into the handstand walk on this special easter day, then started work on our ring routines. Its not enough to have a muscle up, or a dip, you need a series of cool moves that you can wow the kids with, so we started working on a muscle up , dipping up to support, then into an L sit: lets see ho many moves we can string together!

We added some  pull up turn out practice to make things fun.
