Easter day Foundations Class

Crossfit London runs a series of very useful foundation classes to bridge the gap between  beginners sessions and the full class. On this Easter day we experimented by trying to predict our 1 rep max back squat ( by a variety of methods) then taking it down to 60% an doing 20 reps, in preparation for a “20 squat” experiment ( where you put 70% of your 1 reps max on and do 20… that hurts).
