So… last night saw the start to a new format to my class. Team WOD’s are no more (see previous post) and standard CrossFit WODs are in, or are they standard!?
For those of you that know me, you know that I don’t really like taking the easy option! I believe that I can use my experience in getting thrashed for absolutely no reason but to build moral fiber to help you guys push those boundaries and always put a foot outside that comfort zone by performing QUALITY functional movements at HIGH INTENSITY across broad time and modal domains and no less!
To that end…. Last night’s HERO WOD:
4 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
27 Box Jumps (24/20′)
11 Squat Cleans (65/40kg)
Athletes were given a 20 minute time cap to do as much of this WOD as possible, and here’s how everyone did!
