7am Main Class

Strength: back squat 1 x 1

Metcon: “Bear Complex” 5 rounds of 7 sets of power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press. Rest as required between sets. Do not put the bar down within the sets. Post loads to comments.

8am Foundations

Strength: cleans – 3-3-3-3-3

Skill: handstand push ups

Skill: front squats, push press, back squat

Metcon: “little bear” – 3 rounds of 7 sets of power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press. Rest as required between sets. Do not put the bar down within the sets. Post loads to comments.

  1. 20, 22.5, 25, 27.5, 30. Should prob have pushed myself a bit further, but difficult to judge at the beginning how heavy to aim… Plus I feel like a loser compared to Ruairi’s circa body weight Bear!
