1) Handstand walk practice

2) Heavy back squats ( helping you reach that 1 rep max back squat)

3)  40 Double unders , 150 Press ups ( a 10 wall ball penalty for every rest you take), 40 Double unders.

( This really works your localised muscular endurance)
