A pretend Sally, and unstable dumbbells

I had  a great evening  masquerading as sally ( tinged with a bit of sadness as she had to take sebastian to hospital: hope all is well Sal!).

So we did some shoulder mobility ( that band thing and wall climbers), some “Fran Chat” followed by 1 x 5 work sets of Deadlifts.

We also slipped in some muscle up practise.

Then came Dumbbell Fran, with some great efforts inspite of the instability that dumbbells bring.

we finished off with a 1 x 1 minute double under, burpee, double under “thing”, just to stick the boot in
