Yes, in the back room, we were having a jolly Jubilee jamboree too!

After practicing ‘crowned’ and ‘curtsey’ squats,  we spent a good half hour on HRH Deadlift – the King of the Lifts. We used poles to give feedback on shoulders and hips rising together.

WOD – She’s a Diamond

Buy-in 30 tuck jumps, then 6 rounds of
6 pullups
6 dips
16 squats
Cash out 30 tuck jumps

then an afterparty of 4 X 60 second hold on basket hang, plank, royal dishes and invisible thrones.
