In order to maintain Colin’s class format we have started with the free choice of strength with a lot of PBs as usual followed by a nasty bodyweight WOD:

1500 rep WOD 25min cut off time however some of you decided to finish round/whole WOD

10 rounds of

100 skips

10 burpees

10 sit ups

10 push ups

10 squats

10 pull ups

Results:

Well done all but especially Naim and Nick who finished the WOD.
