Skill: Handstand holds, HSPU progression, handstand walks

Strenght: work up to your 1RM DL

WOD: EMOM for 7mins

10 DB push presses

10 T2B

1min rest

then EMOM for 10mins

3x DL (75-85% 1RM)

25 double unders

Well done everybody tonight especially:

Debbie and Deborah (first time toes to bar) in the foundation class where we took it little bit easier and dedicated long time perfecting deadlift;

Paul, Alex and Mikkel for doing WOD with 20kg dumbbels;

Alex for 180kg PB and everyone else for the PBs;

Jason and Phil for surviving first WOD class;

and everybody else who came in and left in one piece.
