WOD: mini Chelsea EMOM for 7mins
5 pull ups
10 push ups
then 1 min rest
then 5.30pm 21-15-9; 6.30 and 7.30pm 9-15-21-15-9
Little surprise in a form of amended ‘Dragan challenge’ 3mins of dumbbell curl and press (20/7.5kg)

I have tried it myself during Seni and got 69 reps with the 8kg post Colin’s 60 pull ups. I think the most for the guy was 45 so well done to Paul and Tom who got very close especially after loosing the grip in the WOD.
