An interesting session beginning a personal experimentation session focused on burpee pacing. There is no point in panicking about 100 burpees. Just break it down. Choose ( as most of the class did) 10 burpees on the minute, every minute ( OMEM) for 10 minutes. Take the drill home, and improve it ( do it once a week, shoot for a 1rep improvement per minute: maybe cut the minutes down once you reach 100)
At the end of the day, no one who can do 100 burpees in 5 minutes has a body composition issue. (Paleo) food for thought!
The it was 4 x 2 sets of squat clean with 90% of your 1 rep max, followed by 12 minutes of 1 power clean (70% of 1 rep max) 1 Ring dip, 2/2, 3/3 etc etc. Get as high as you can in 12 minutes
