Strength: snatch grip deadlift 1RM

Skill: handstand push ups and double unders

Metcon: 10 rounds of 3 handstand push ups, 6 deadlift (100/70), 12 pull ups, 24 double unders (30 minute cut off)

8am Foundations

Strength: overhead squat 3-3-3 and front squat 3-3-3

Skill: push ups

Metcon: 10 rounds of 3 push ups, 6 deadlifts (60/40), 12 pull ups, 24 single unders (20 minute cut off)
