A bit different this.
Starts with a buy in of 5×10 second L-Sit (scaled options are available) for time. So minimum rest between sets.
Then an 8 minute Chelsea. EMOTM of 5 pull ups, 10 press ups, 15 air squats. Its only 8 minutes so keep up the intensity!
Finish with a buy out of 5×10 second dish hold for time. Again less rest equals a faster time.
