Major part of the class was dedicated to testing out the new programming with

10-10-10-10-10+ deadlifts @ 60%

1-1-1-1-1+ snatch @ 95%

Results:

Well done guys especially Mikkel who decided to go for 32kg KB and still got the best time in first triplet.
