Strength: deadlift 8-8-8-8-8 (65%) and clean and jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (90%)

Metcon: 10 min as many rounds as possible of kettlebell swings (32/24kg) and pull ups: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10… etc.

8am Foundations

Strength: deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Skill: push ups

Metcon: 10 min as many rounds as possible of kettlebell swings (16/12kg) and pull ups: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10… etc.
