Metcon: for time complete 15 toes to bar, 15 x front squat (40/25kg), 15 x box jumps, 15 x power snatch (40/25kg), 15 x burpees and 15 x sumo deadlift high pull (40/25kg).

Foundations

Strength: deadlift

Skill: push up/burpees

Metcon: 15 as many rounds as possible of 5 x toes to bar, 5 x box jumps and 5 burpees.
