One issue that’s been coming up while we test the new programming is that people don’t have a recent 1 RM on certain movements, which is limiting their ability to scale properly during class.

Therefore, I announce to you, this Sunday’s workout: The Crossfit Total.

In Order:

1 RM Strict Press

1 RM Back Squat

1 RM Deadlift OR Power Clean
