Warm up: hip mobility and snatches
Strength: overhead press 3-3-3-3-3 (82.5%) and snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3 (70%)
Metcon: 3 Rounds for time of power snatch x 15 (40/25), double unders x 30, rest 90 seconds
Update: Great session this morning. Nice to see a couple of visiting CrossFitters (Sara and Wendy) drop in. Some great pressing and snatching after I did my best to confuse you with percentages again. Great work everyone on the metcon, some tidy power snatching going on – everyone seemed to need a bit of a prod when it came to receiving in the power position but otherwise all good. Let’s hope that Rita hasn’t done anything too serious after her groin strain following the snatch drilling. It did allow her to hit her favourites instead of the snatching though… pull ups!
