Today was quite a technical day with perfecting our squat snatch.

After all drills with empty bar we started loading the bar and learning how to drop comfortably into bottom of our squat snatch. Then we’ve completed 5 heavy sets of 3.

In preparation for WOD we discussed the strategy and found the weight to be used throughout.
