After some pointers on OHS and shoulder mobility we’ve completed 5×3 OHS.
Nice work on weights and marginally improved technique everybody.
Then it was onto practicing the DB split clean to get ready for the WOD and to figure out what weight to use.
Some fun findings on how’s everybody’s coordination when legs need to be alternated.
