Firstly we’ve refreshed out tekkers of power clean and push jerk then it was onto 5×2 of heavier weight while still maintaining good form.

First class also had to complete 5 ME strict pull ups either with no resistance or minimal resistance. Unfortunately clean and jerk went so well in second class that I’ve completely forgotten about their pull ups (lucky you!).

WOD:

10 DB squat cleans

10 DB push press

25 KBS

4 rounds easy

Results:

Well done all especially Sandrine and Tadhg who were dedicated enough to finish the WOD after the cutt off time. See you next week!
