Back squat 1 x 3+ (90%) – get as many reps as possible then increase working max weight.
Pull ups – find a 3RM weighted pull up (scaling: find the band or combination of bands that you can perform 3 good reps with)
6 rounds with 15 minute cut-off:
Renegade row x 10
Dumbbell front squat x 10
