Front squat (60/40)
Slam ball (20/15)
5-10-15-20-25 etc.

8am Foundations

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Push ups 3 x max

AMRAP in 10 minutes:
Front squat (40/25)
Slam ball (15/5)
5-10-15-20-25 etc.
