Strength –

Push Jerks working up heavy with each set. 3 working sets of 5.

Handstand push ups (hspu)

Either max holds or attempts, followed by 3-3-3  hspu progressions.

Little bit of double under/ single skip practise.


10 Deadlifts

20 Double under attempts or Single skips.
