15 dumbbell squat cleans (20/15)

400m run

8am Foundations

Jerks 3-3-3-3-3

Pull up 3 x 3-7 reps

3 rounds for time:
15 dumbbell squat cleans (12.5/7.5)
15 push press
400m run
