Lots of stuff to go through on today’s class and also last class covered by me before Colin returns next week! Yay!

Squat clean: 5×4 (60% 1RM)

Clean & Jerk: 5×3 (70% 1RM)

Then it was onto finding a scaling for the muscle ups in the WOD.

Who did not have a muscle up had to complete 2 pull ups + 2 ring dips + 2 transitions


Great work everybody especially Naim and Filip for their muscle ups and everybody else who put their hard work into the WOD.

Big shout also goes to Alex for his first ever muscle up. Well done!
