Fabulous foraged food, real meat and lashings of craft beer
So. You know about the paleo diet and eating like a caveman. And you’ve been working out so you
could probably push a boulder up a hill or catch a wild pig with your bare hands. But do you know how to prepare it for cooking?
Come to the London Fields Brewery on Thursday the 29th November for a gastronomic extravaganza
involving a three course dinner of food foraged from the Great British countryside brought to you by The Foragers and a butchery demonstration. If you want, you can even have a go yourself.
And just like our ancestors, you can help wash it all down with some beer. Even cavemen needed
to let their hair down sometimes (e.g. after putting up Stonehenge or discovering bronze), and
beer is an appropriately ancient form of drink. Thankfully, brewing has come on bit since the early boozers of Mesopotamia and you can enjoy lashings of beautiful craft beer brewed by London Fields Brewery on the premises.
Check out the website to buy your ticket www.brawnandglory.moonfruit.co.uk or email

£45 including 3 courses, demonstration and all the beer you could ever want.
NB: Vegetarian option available.
