Experiment: Publishing the next six weeks programming

We’ve had a few requests to see the upcoming programming, so thought we’d try this out. You are obviously not obliged to look, especially if you like surprises.

If we feel that people are using this information to avoid sessions (ahem… 10 December) then we will probably revise our approach.

Note: This is an abridged version of the template that the coaches receive. Their version includes more information on rep schemes, weights, WOD lengths and other useful notes. This additional information allows me to, for example, clarify the intent behind 5 December.

  2. This is a great idea Steven. I can use this info to fill in the gaps on days I’m not at the gym, and work out what lifts / movements I should practice in my own time if I know they’re not scheduled in any of my classes for a while. Cheers.
