Friday Fun in Bethnal Green

Its the end of another week at Crossfit London. Today  all levels shared a WOD consisting of  power cleans, burpees and sit ups.We opted for a 21, 15, 9 rep scheme with the  Power cleans being 70/50kg.

Well done to Trevor, Cian and Chris for hitting this RX.

In level 2 we looked at how high do you need to pull the bar to squat clean it, while in level 3 we began some introductory steps towards the Handstand walk as well as squat cleans as “stength”.

Both levels endured a  Pull up session, Level 2 worked negatives to pull ups to the odd False grip pull ups. Level 3 worked  false grip ring pull ups with full turn out at the bottom.
