I love being part of Crossfit London and Crossfit Se11, In particular I love the way we are developing specific levels to accommodate all abilities. We have a really user friendly beginner programme that can either be done in a few weekends or a month.
It is still quite bemusing when the odd person disregards all the advice ( rules actually) and decides that they don’t have to do beginners and instead books into a level 2 class .
