This morning I greatly enjoyed greeting the 7AM class with, ” Don’t worry, you’re hallucinating. I’m actually Chris.”

Although it was potnetially too early to make that kind of joke.

Moving on:

Then we moved on to

and

Tabata pull ups

Before moving on to the WOD

6 Hang Power Snatch 40/30kg

9 Burpee Tuck Jumps

rest 2 mins

3 Rounds EMOM
