As from today, you will not be able to book onto a level 3 class unless you have been tagged! As a rough starting point, Level 3 is for those with 1 plus years worth of Crossfit experience who have the basic skills nailed down.
We will be publishing formal entry requirements to 3 in the next few weeks. But we have been madly tagging back stage but are bound to have made some mistakes.
For now, if you have been regularly ( 2 + times a week) training with us ( or crossfit) for over a year, and can pull up, dip, kip, handstand, handstand pushup, double under, and have the basic moves, and you cannot get access to level 3, we may have missed you.
