A combo warm up of
double unders, push jerk practice and kipping pull ups
Followed by Deadlift Fun ( 5,3,2,1) (actually I should have done dips too, but forgot)
42.5/30kg it was:
1 front squat, 1 jerk (split orPush).then 2/2/, 3/3, 4/4..as high as you can in 12 minutes.
I finished off with some therapy fun, and voodoo banded Vaider’s elbow and poked Debs shoulder
