Today started with some big lifting in the dead lift with an 80% as many reps as possible effort.  Intense!

Our strength component here was the pull up. Lots of options from weighted good quality body weight strict, band assisted or negatives.


An intense couplet of knees to elbows and slam/med ball clean and slam.
