Overhead squat 3RM

Ring dips – 5 sets of 3-7 reps (wear weighted vest if necessary)

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
6 power snatch (40/27.5)
12 slam ball (20/15)

8am Level 1.2

Press, push press and push jerk.
