Warm Up/Skill

Lots of practice for kipping, kicking up to hand stand and double unders.

Lots of input for all the different levels here and some great progress was made.


1 rep max push jerk. This is a fine and technical skill that responds well to practice without load ie. snapping the hips closed and then open, along with a good load to reinforce that quarter squat landing  to finish.


3 rounds for time

50 double unders

30 1 arm kettle bell snatch

30 over head squats

Lots of PB’s in the strength session big shouts out to Magnus and Naim in particular.
