Tonight’s movement on the cards was Jerk so we had to decide what you guys suck at the most whether it was clean and jerk, push jerk or split jerk. After reminding ourselves of technique and making the decision which one to go for we have reached some PBs.
Then it was onto WOD movements: KB swings and pull ups. If you do not have pull ups it was a hard work but everybody finished the workout in less than 17mins.

Big shout out going to Gary for finishing with the fastest time, Wendy for doing all pull ups strict, and everybody else who I made work really hard by giving you less resisted band.
