The Harsh Welcome Back.

Its been a tough few weeks. Not only was there Christmas  but there was new years on top of that. Whoever planned that out never had Crossfitters in mind.  Tons of sugar, alcohol, no sleep and less training? Jeeze. It’s like you want us to feel horrible.

On top of that, it’s a Sunday morning. Could it get any worse?

 As per usual, we went with open strength and let people worm on lifts and technique before moving on to our WOD.

5 rounds for time of:
3 Power Cleans (80-85% 1RM)
6 Pull ups
12 Burpees

 It was a bit tough. Especially considering how everyone felt this morning.

Most envious. To Tim. I hate Tim a bit. He came in so tan I  barely recognized him. Very jealous.

The Traitor: to Fergus. Fergus spoke ill of my soundtrack. There is no greater offense on a Sunday day morning. (But in all seriousness, I love Fergus. So no punishment burpees for him.)

 The Savior: to Micheal. In response to Fergus’s traitorous comments, Micheal volunteered his music which was an incredible assortment of old school goodness that pleased everyone. Well played.
