Firstly well done all who made it to classes even in this ‘arctic’ weather and especially those who joined me and still cycled in.
Today was fun filled in with lots of new stuff:
Zercher squats – after run through the technique and with the use of towels (for ‘ladies’) we’ve built up the weight to heavy sets of 2.
Levers – different progressions, from tuck to inverted hang to banded levers. Lots of drills to take away and practice.
