The Fun Bit-
Handstand Stuff was my brief on the programming sheet and what could be more fun then learning to walk on our hands!!
The drills went like this –
Kick up and hold.
Cover where to spot.
(In pairs) Shift weight while in handstand without lifting hands off the mats.
Lift hands a Cm off the ground.
Walk side-ways along the wall.
Try holding a handstand taking away wall support (not walking just holding, still with spot)
5 Push Jerks
10 Box Jumps
ME Knees to Elbow
