Here’s what we did at CrossFit London UK this morning!
*we took away a couple of lessons away from these sets. 1) be a delicate kisser, controlling the weight down to the floor from the first lift and kissing the weight on the floor before returning back up keeps tension in the hamstrings allowing you to get back up alot easier! 2) Ensuring you have a spine set in neutral on the first rep, especially as we get heavier!!!
