Skill/strength: clean & jerk; work up to your WOD weight

Skill: handstands, handstand holds away from wall

Strength: work up to a heavy 1RM ring dip; for those with no ring dips: practice negative phase

WOD: ‘Grace’

30 clean & jerks for time (60/42.5kg)

We followed the morning trend and decided to Rx as squat cleans



Well done all especially Peter who opted for a prescribed weight, as well as all ladies and everybody else.
