Skill/strength: power snatch (heavy singles  or doubles); focus on foot position and fast arms (no pressing at the top of the snatch)

Strength: 5×10 front squat

WOD: 13mins to complete following

30s ME deadlift @60%

ME UB strict/L-sit pull ups or ring rows for some Level 2

rest as needed, all work must be completed in the 13min cap
